Can I try Essence.Report before subscribing?

The $1 Trial gives you 3 reports over 7 days, plus applicable tax. It is a one-time payment, available once per account, and does not renew.

How is Essence.Report priced compared to token-metered AI APIs?

Quota-based. Each plan grants a fixed number of report units per month — a complex query and a simple query consume the same unit. No per-token charges, no overages, no month-end surprises.

What happens if a report fails to generate?

Your report count is refunded automatically. Failures can come from a provider outage, a timeout or an internal pipeline error.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime with no cancellation fee; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

What are one-time add-on packs?

When a busy month runs long, an active paid plan can top up with a one-time boost pack from the Quota page using the same research approach. Packs are billed once, not recurring; each has a purchase limit per quota month and an expiry date. Boost packs are not available during the Trial.
